As a company what we liked was that Charlie and his team would not send anyone that they didn't think was ready or not suitable for the working environment. From the beginning what we were promised from our initial meeting is what we have received. It has been a slow process but a suitable candidate has been identified, we have taken him to where he will be working to see what we actually do and meet some of the staff and we are delighted to say that he will be starting with us with the promise of a full time job following his work trial.
We have recently undertaken a construction project in Peterborough for a local Housing Association. Following a successful meeting with Charlie Sharpe from TTG CIC, we were able to recruit five men for various periods of time giving them the opportunity to progress back into working life. Given the circumstances of those candidates, potentially there could have been issues to deal with. However the support received throughout our contract from Charlie could not have been better. We would not hesitate in using TTG CIC in any future contracts secured in the area and would recommend them to any employer seeking to help ex-offenders to get their lives back on track.

I hear through the grapevine I’m doing that well that they’ve asked you for another man. Well I’ve done my bit of working hard, don’t send a div and take our credit away from us.
TTG is a great cause and the whole team has shown real dedication and hard work throughout the contract. It’s been a breath of fresh air working with individuals who are so keen to learn new skills and we’d be pleased to work with TTG again in the future.
